This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website is deliberately kept lean: there are no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. When you visit the website, the host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This usually includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves the technical provision and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free presentation).

This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare provides the website securely and efficiently as a content delivery network; in the process, data (in particular the IP address) may be transferred to the USA. 3. Fonts

The fonts used are stored locally on the server of this website. No connection to third-party servers is established.

4. YouTube videos

Videos from YouTube can be played on the episode pages (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The videos are embedded in such a way that initially only a preview image stored on this server is shown. Only when you click on the video is a connection established to YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Data – in particular your IP address – is then transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). 5. Contact

If you write to me by email, your details are stored in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I do not pass on this data without your consent and delete it as soon as processing is complete and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Links to external sites and social networks

This website contains links to external services (e.g. YouTube, Instagram). You are only forwarded to the respective provider when you click; no data is transmitted to these providers automatically. The respective provider is responsible for data processing on the linked pages.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An informal email to info@alexjund.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

This privacy policy is adapted as required to reflect changes in the law or changes to the website.
